These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your"), and 388wim (hereinafter "388wim", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the 388wim website, mobile interface, gaming services, promotional features and all related content made available through the platform at https://388wim.cam/.

388wim is an online gaming information and services platform intended for informational and entertainment purposes. Content published on 388wim is designed to assist users — including users based in Pakistan — in understanding online gaming products, payment methods, responsible gambling practices and related topics. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal or investment advice.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager or using any feature or content available on 388wim, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
• You are of legal age to engage in online gaming as required by your jurisdiction — at minimum 18 years of age, or the higher minimum required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and does not guarantee any return.
• You have assessed your own legal position with respect to the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
• You agree to receive communications from 388wim in accordance with your account notification preferences.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on 388wim, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction in which the Platform operates. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not a prohibited person: You must not be a person to whom the provision of gaming services is prohibited under any applicable law, regulation or court order.
• One account only: Each User may maintain only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate information: All registration information provided must be accurate, complete and current. Providing false information, including false date of birth, is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Not a Platform employee or affiliate: Employees, agents, contractors and immediate family members of 388wim and its affiliated entities are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

388wim reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage, including at account registration, prior to any withdrawal, or upon reasonable suspicion of ineligibility. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

To access real-money gaming features, Users must register an Account by providing the required personal information, including full name, date of birth, email address and such additional information as the Platform may require for KYC compliance. The registration process constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any other access credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account.

• You must notify 388wim immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• 388wim shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• All transactions initiated using your Account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, absent evidence of Platform-side error or security breach.
• You may not transfer, sell or assign your Account to any third party. Accounts are non-transferable.
• 388wim reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorised access, fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, 388wim grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and informational purposes.

The Platform is made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 388wim endeavours to ensure continuous service availability, the Platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance, technical disruption or downtime. 388wim does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.

Users must not:

• Use the Platform for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial gaming and information access.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, including its servers, databases or administrative systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers or any software not expressly authorised by 388wim to interact with the Platform.
• Attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will not be paid.
• Engage in any activity that places a disproportionate load on the Platform's infrastructure.
• Reproduce, republish, display or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from 388wim.

388wim supports a range of payment methods which may include, without limitation, bank transfer, e-wallet services and other payment rails familiar to Pakistani users. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change and is confirmed only in the live cashier section of your Account.

• Currency: Deposits may be made in the supported currencies listed in the cashier. PKR-denominated amounts may appear in content for illustrative context.
• Minimum deposit: A minimum deposit threshold applies per transaction. The applicable minimum is displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Source of funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.
• Deposit limits: Users may apply voluntary deposit limits to their Account via the Responsible Gambling tools section. Limits take effect as specified in the Platform documentation.
• Processing times: Deposit processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the payment provider's own processing schedules. 388wim cannot guarantee specific deposit timelines.
• Fees: 388wim does not levy additional deposit fees; however, your payment provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification, fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements and compliance with the Platform's anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. 388wim reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.

• KYC requirement: Full identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Documentation may include a valid national ID, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to cashier availability. Alternative methods may be available at the Platform's discretion.
• Minimum withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies. The applicable threshold is displayed in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Processing time: Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method, verification status and applicable compliance review. No guaranteed processing speed is offered. Times stated in any promotional material are indicative only.

From time to time, 388wim may offer welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, free bets and other incentives. All promotions are offered at the sole discretion of 388wim and are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time of the promotion.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times bonus funds must be staked before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable requirement will be stated per promotion.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. A contribution schedule will be provided with each promotion. Slots may contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.
• Validity period: Bonuses expire within a defined period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not used within the validity window will be forfeited.
• Minimum deposit: A minimum deposit is typically required to activate a bonus. Deposits below the stated threshold will not qualify for the associated promotion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 388wim Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person or submitting forged documentation.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to transfer, conceal or legitimise funds derived from unlawful activity, in contravention of applicable AML regulations.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional structures through multi-accounting, use of third-party accounts, or any coordinated strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, network vulnerabilities or system malfunctions to generate winnings or credits.
• Unauthorised software: Using bots, automated betting tools, scripts or any software designed to simulate human interaction with the Platform.
• Underage access: Attempting to access the Platform while below the minimum eligible age, or facilitating underage access.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or reversals on deposited funds. 388wim reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds subject to fraudulent chargeback proceedings.

All content on the 388wim Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, game interfaces, data compilations, software and structural design — is the property of 388wim or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, transmitted, adapted or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of 388wim. Any permitted use of Platform content is subject to the condition that all intellectual property notices are reproduced without modification.

• The 388wim name, logo and brand elements are trademarks of 388wim. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use 388wim trademarks for any purpose.
• Content published by third-party game suppliers or data providers remains the intellectual property of the respective supplier and is governed by that supplier's own licensing terms.
• Feedback, suggestions or ideas submitted by Users to 388wim may be used by the Platform without obligation to the submitting User.

388wim takes responsible gambling seriously and integrates it into both platform design and editorial policy. The Platform provides Users with a suite of responsible-gambling tools designed to support healthy, informed and controlled gaming behaviour.

• Adults only: The Platform is strictly for Users aged 18 or above, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. 388wim does not present the 18+ threshold as evidence that gambling is lawful in Pakistan.
• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via account settings. Once applied, limits take effect within the timeframe specified in the Platform documentation.
• Loss limits: Users may apply loss limits to cap their net losses over a defined period.
• Session reminders: Time-in-session notifications help Users maintain awareness of their play duration.
• Cooling-off periods: A temporary suspension of account activity may be applied at the User's request.
• Self-exclusion: Users may request a longer-term self-exclusion from the Platform. During the exclusion period, the User's account will be suspended and marketing communications ceased.

The Platform and all content, features and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

388wim does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available continuously, without interruption or error.
• Any defects or errors in the Platform will be corrected.
• The Platform or the servers that host it are free from viruses or other harmful components.
• The results of using the Platform — including gaming outcomes — will meet your expectations or requirements.

Any informational content on the Platform regarding game rules, odds, payment methods (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers), bonuses or market availability is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to change. 388wim makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of such information.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 388wim, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform or its content.
• Any financial loss arising from gaming activity undertaken on or through the Platform.
• Any error, omission, interruption, delay, failure or defect in the Platform's operation.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on or through the Platform.
• Any technical issues arising from your device, internet connection or network infrastructure.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, 388wim's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

388wim reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via Platform notification or email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

The "Last reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage Users to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 388wim is incorporated and licensed to operate, as indicated in the operator's licensing documentation. Where 388wim holds a gaming licence, applicable regulatory rules and conditions form part of the regulatory framework governing this Agreement.

For Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan: Online gambling may be restricted under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have independently assessed your legal position and that your use of the Platform is not in contravention of any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction. 388wim does not provide legal advice and this clause does not constitute a representation that gambling is lawful in Pakistan.

In the event of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified in the Platform's licensing conditions or, in the absence of such a mechanism, to the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.
